Can regular intake of psyllium husk lower cholesterol level, specifically LDL? - psyllium husk ldl

I keep cholesterol more than 240 in the last 25 years. I lower the LDL cholesterol, now that I'm older and perhaps more prone to heart disease. By increasing the intake of soluble fiber will help to lower cholesterol.
